My Personal Bio:
Hi Team. If I am your coach, feel free to contact me and let me know what your are up to. I would love to hear from you. I have had a weight problem since I was 14yrs old, and weighed 197 lbs. Yeah, no prom dates for me. As I entered adulthood, I managed to keep my weight down between 145-175, although doing this has been exhaustive. Like many of you, I have tried every diet on earth. I have also tried to maintain an exercise routine, which many times, was a on again, off again deal. I have lied to myself over the years, thinking that, 155lbs isn't all that bad for a 40 something yr old, married for 20 yrs, mother of three. I guess I looked "ok", but I didn't want to look just "ok". I asked God to help me and he sent me Leah, a friend from church. I noticed that she was even thinner than usual. She told me that her and her husband were doing the Power 90 program. She gave me the information we needed to get started. I wish we could fast forward to 90 days from now, but I know there is no substitution for doing the work. So, my sweet husband and I get up every day at 5:30 AM and push play.

My Transformation Story:
I have come a long way from the original P90 program. I remember thinking it was hard and could barely get through the first session. Now I am doing P90X and I can't believe the muscles I am getting. I love this program and I don't want other woman to be intimidated by it. You can be an X girl too. To keep going I quote the scripture, I can do all things through Christ. God cares about our health and so should we. Keep pushing play, and God Bless.
