My Personal Bio:
In High School I was very athletic and never struggled with my weight. In fact,
until I turned 30 keeping weight on was more of a problem. Gradually things
changed I started gaining weight adding a pound or two every year until I
was 65lbs overweight.
Now I am getting back to fighting weight. I just won the 2007 MAY MONTHLY
TRANSFORMATION for Women 50 and over and I am pumped to take it to the
next level. I am fine tuning my workouts and diet and I am more excited then
ever to help all my customers obtain the same results and win some of that
money.
In addition I am part of a great Team of Coaches called Team Power
International helping me build my business and body. Life don't get any
better than this. If you would like to join our team call 888-235-6595 code

My Transformation Story:
During my recovery I am going to use my fit picture as my before picture to motivate me back to that condition. I know it seems sort of reverse, but it somehow works for me.
JUNE 29th ,2008 is a day that changed my life. As I was traveling home up a
remote State Forest Road my Subaru hit a soft shoulder and rolled down a
steep 100' mountainous area and landed the opposite direction in the creek
below. I felt each roll and pounding of the vehicle and on the last two hits I
felt excruciating pain go up my back.
When the vehicle landed it was still running and I reached up and turned it
off. I panted in pain wondering how much of my body I had damaged. The
car had landed on its side in the creek bed in about a foot of water. I was
somewhere no one could see me and cell phones do not work. I had to get
out myself.
I pushed on the door and realized it would not open. Then looked towards
the back and saw the window broken out. The pin to release the seat was also
broken but I managed to get it down and climb out the back window. As I
lowered my hands to the creek my left arm was unable to bear weight. I had
to lower myself with my right arm.(Thank God for all those X push-ups)Then
I carefully stood up. Pain surged through my back. Just then a truck went by I
waved and yelled with no avail. I now faced climbing up the mountain. I
searched for the best place and got on my hands and knees. I grabbed at
roots and anything with my right arm to help me crawl up the nearly 50
degree slope. When I reached the last ten feet there was nothing left to grab.
Fear of falling all the way back down send fear through me, but somehow I
made it to the road.
In the distance I could hear a truck coming and I flagged them down for help.
I was air-lifted to a trauma I center were I was diagnosed with a Burst L1
vertebra and a fractured T12 vertebra as well as a fractured scapula.
I know I owe my strength conditioning and the loss of 70lbs to my own
successful rescue. The X saved my life and it can save yours. Follow my
recovery and help support me by going to pushitforpaula.com and doing your
own workout.
I am hoping to get out of this back brace Sept 18th and start my recovery. Keep your fingers crossed.
