Hi, life is good in Albuquerque. I'm married to Carl and have two teenager girls, a 16 and 19 years old. Most of my life I have been dedicated to fitness and health. At one time I weighed 135 pounds and that was when I was pregnant. Don't get me wrong, keeping off the weight has not been easy, I'm always working at it. With set backs of injuries, troubles and life in general, cross-training is there for you to keep on going, keep the weight off, and stay fit and healthy. I'm 5' 3 1/2", 53 years old. Ever since I got an office job I'm sitting all the time. Where do you burn the calories, you don't. At this point of my life I needed to stay physically active and eat healthy to keep on the track for a active life. Exercising with P90X, biking, running, hiking, and yoga is working for me with the support from my team. Always looking for a outlet to give me a boost, to keep on exercising, a friend introduced me to Milliondollarbody. I thought this is great! With my busy schedule I like to know that I can log onto a workout and see that there are others doing a workout the same time with the same ambitions. Not only that but the goals, incentives, information, and support that comes with the program, now that's powerful motivation! Being a coach in Aerobics, X-Country, Track & Field and Soccer I would like to encourage you to take the journey with me and my friends to a better you. To look and feel better about ourselves, have a happy and active lifestyle.

My Transformation Story:
Into the program now for three weeks (participating six times a week). I can feel the difference. From the Power 1/2 hour abdominals workout, I can feel myself standing taller when I run. I'm seeing results. Twelve weeks into the workout, I'm feeling good, still on track and feeling stronger overall conditioning. Lost a total of 3 inches and 5 lbs. I want to lose in the waist a little bit more. I'm getting better at eating only healthy all natural foods. I'm going to try the ActiVit (multivitamins). The mocha protein bar are a great pick-me-up!
Three month have gone by and I'm doing some incredible workouts with P90X. The belly fat is coming off. The challenge is to keep it off. It's amazing how strong your body can get and what you can do after just a few weeks. I went out to the track and ran some hundreds and faster than I have ran in more that 3 years. It felt good! It was fun! Lost 8 pounds and 5 inches overall. Lost 2 lbs of body fat.
